By accessing, browsing, or using the Studio Santai website (the “Site”) or by placing an order for products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or place any orders.

Studio Santai offers art posters, canvas prints, candles, body soaps, and related products (the “Products”). Colours and finishes may vary due to differences in monitors, devices, printing processes, and production methods. Materials, production locations, and product specifications may differ by item; please refer to the applicable product page for specific details.
 

3. Pricing, Availability, and Errors

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Studio Santai does not guarantee that prices, product availability, or descriptions are accurate at all times. In the event of a pricing error, product unavailability, or other discrepancy, Studio Santai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any order, including after payment authorization. If an order is cancelled for such reasons, we will notify you promptly and, where applicable, refund any amounts already charged.
 

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Studio Santai reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any order. An order is deemed accepted only when payment has been authorized and Studio Santai has confirmed the order. We may limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
 

5. Shipping and Delivery

Studio Santai ships to many countries worldwide. Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, fulfilment location, destination, carrier service, customs clearance, weather, and other factors beyond our reasonable control. Studio Santai is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs procedures, or circumstances outside our control.
 

6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless such charges are explicitly collected at checkout, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers (including PayPal). Studio Santai does not store full payment-card details. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to artwork, product images, text, designs, logos, trademarks, and branding, is the property of Studio Santai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Santai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of Products. Studio Santai’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant Product.

Studio Santai reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order shall govern that order. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
